Trade fair industry at the limit?
Frankfurt am Main, 25 March 2021: In the new "Tech Affair - Industry for Future" podcast, experts from business and science present their visions on the topic of "Trade fairs - What is to become of them?"
Trade fair organisers are among the big losers in the Covid 19 pandemic. Long-standing constants have been turned upside down overnight. Does the loss of face-to-face events herald the end of an 800-year-old industry in which Germany is a world leader? Is a shift to a virtual world the salvation? Or can event organisers save themselves from the crisis - and still come out as winners in the end?
